If you ask us to arrange your finance we will charge a minimum fee of £495 on application and may also charge a further fee on issue of the formal offer.

Our overall fees may be up to 1% of the loan amount and will depend on the type of finance you ask us to arrange, and the level of commission (if any) that we will receive from the lender.

All fees will be agreed and confirmed to you in writing prior to any application.
